We begin with an evaluation of current sleep habits and move into a plan to break free from the cycle of insomnia.  This short-term therapy is typically 5 sessions and people often see relief from symptoms quickly with this treatment.

With 15 years of experience in psychology, I work with individuals struggling to navigate a range of everyday stressors, including setting boundaries in their personal relationships, working through difficult life transitions, increasing their self-knowledge and confidence, improving communication, reducing anxiety, and managing the stress of modern parenting . I see each client as a unique individual, and I’m committed to understanding your perspective and experiences.
