Individual therapy starts at the beginning.

Individual therapy begins with a first session where I learn more about you and what brought you into therapy at this time. From there, we will look at ways you are feeling stuck in your life, as well as any patterns of thinking and behavior that are making it hard to move forward. We will discuss a plan for how to address your concerns and help you find relief as quickly as possible. I will share with you my understanding of what could be helpful to you, and together we will determine goals for therapy.
