I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctoral degree from Northeastern University, graduate degrees from Boston College and Cornell University, and undergraduate degree from Cornell University. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), which is considered the gold standard treatment for insomnia.
